My background is Computer Science and Engineering — Bachelor of Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology, India. My technical foundation came from courses coordinated with Stanford University's Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning coursework, along with a few research projects: custom CNNs with explainability layers for medical imaging, environmental sound classification, and market basket analysis with Apriori.
The automation work started while I was a Founder Associate at KrispCall. I did not even realize back then that what I was doing was called automation. I just had a natural knack for noticing repeated operational work and building systems that made those workflows run in the background.
Later, when I started hearing terms like AI automation, n8n, and Make.com everywhere, I realized I had been doing this from the start of my career, before it became a widely discussed category. That gave me an early-mover advantage: I already understood the practical side of automation — the messy workflows, the integrations, the edge cases, the human approval points, and the business outcomes that actually matter.
