Phone intelligence tools that became organic acquisition channels

I built a suite of phone intelligence and automation tools for KrispCall, including phone number validation, reverse phone lookup, carrier lookup, area code lookup, and phone number generation tools.

The goal was to automate lead qualification and create high-intent organic lead generation channels through utility-based tools that users could return to again and again.

These tools helped users instantly verify and analyze phone numbers, reducing manual effort and improving contact data accuracy for businesses using cloud telephony solutions.

Customer support automation

An Azure knowledge retrieval system before I even knew the word RAG

Support representatives were spending a huge amount of time searching through documentation, past tickets, and internal resources before replying to customers.

I built an AI-powered knowledge retrieval system on Microsoft Azure that centralized company knowledge and delivered contextual answers instantly during support conversations.

At that time, I did not even know the term RAG, but I independently designed and implemented the workflow by combining vector search, conversation understanding, and automated knowledge retrieval.

I also built an automation pipeline that analyzed customer conversations and transformed unstructured chats into structured support insights for the company.

Sales automation

Machine learning lead scoring for faster sales qualification

Leads previously took a long time to qualify and convert because sales teams had no structured way to prioritize high-intent prospects.

I built a machine learning model for a data-driven lead scoring system that learned from historically converted clients and derived a scoring threshold to identify high-potential leads early in the pipeline.

New incoming leads were automatically compared against this threshold, allowing the system to prioritize outreach only to the most likely converters while filtering lower-quality leads into a separate automated flow.

For low-priority leads, I implemented an automated calling and qualification workflow that handled initial screening and captured key intent signals without manual intervention.

WhatsApp automation

Automated WhatsApp journeys for timely customer engagement

Since WhatsApp is one of the most widely used communication platforms globally, KrispCall planned to expand customer engagement and communication workflows through WhatsApp automation.

I implemented multiple automated messaging flows mapped around the user journey, including onboarding, follow-ups, reminders and engagement-based triggers. The system dynamically responded based on user actions and behavior, creating a more personalized and timely communication experience.

One of the major outcomes of this implementation was the recovery of abandoned signups and inactive leads through automated re-engagement workflows. It also improved response consistency, increased user interaction rates, and helped create a more seamless communication channel between the platform and its users.
